I was very happy with the quality of the work and the price. My neighbor paid almost twice what I did. I've used Vasquez roofing for two homes that I own now and I would definitely hire him again. He took care of pulling the building permits and fixing any issues in the underlying roof that came up. The job was done quickly and looks really good

Elmer took the time to sit down with my parents and explained every aspect of what he was going to do when he replaced their roof. They had to do a full tear down, replace all the plywood and put the new shingles on. I was 100% satisfied with the job they did and the time it took them!!
